Our Return Policy
Unless returned in it's original, unopened packaging all sales are final.
For hygienic and health reasons (viruses, pathogens, smoke, perfume, pet dander, dust mites, bed bugs, bacteria, etc., Dreams to Go™ does not offer exchanges or refunds on pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors and sleepwear unless in the original package.
It is important to note that product warranties are still covered, as they are handled by the manufacturer. We are always happy to help with this process. If you have a warranty question or concern, please contact us.

Our Refund Process
If items have not left our store, or if you return an item in it's original package the “return” of items is easy.
If it hasn't been shipped or on it's return and inspection a credit will be applied by way of original payment whenever possible. If not possible, a cheque or e-transfer will be issued. Refund cheques are processed by our Accounting Department as quickly as possible and mailed directly to you.
